A BIT ABOUT ME:
ESTHER STUBBS
BSc, MCSP, MHCPC, AFPOPG
WHO AM I?
Often referred to as the “straight-talking, no-nonsense physiotherapist” who is not afraid to broach taboo subjects, I like to get straight to the heart of the problem…ensuring we are tackling its roots and not just treating the symptoms. Whether you are an elite athlete suffering from back pain or need pelvic floor and core rehabilitation post-birth, I am here to help you.
I provide specialist physiotherapy services (one-to-one) for patients of any age, virtually or in person, and pelvic floor and core strengthening rehabilitation. I have also created two hugely successful online courses.
The “Leak No More” and "Pelvic Organ Prolapse" course, both are 12-week online education and exercises courses to help you return to the activities you love with confidence. Each course is designed to get you to understand your body and return it to full function, using education and exercise. These courses support all aspects of pelvic health recovery, from Incontinence and prolapse recovery and management to breathing techniques and mental wellbeing.
My mission is to increase global awareness of the number of women currently suffering from incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and provide them with the solutions they need.
I have two science degrees, one in physiotherapy and one in biomedical sciences. Currently, I am also studying for a master’s in physiotherapy.
